Typing "garba classes near me" usually surfaces a once-a-year workshop or a ticketed night that teaches you nothing. What you're actually looking for is a class that runs near your home, starts from zero, and turns into a circle you belong to. That's what these pages are.

How classes work

Every city runs the same format: garba choreography fused with a HIIT-style workout, taught in levels from true beginner to advanced, in a circle where everyone faces in and nobody learns alone. Packs are mix-and-match across classes and cities, a drop-in is $25, and the 15-class pack works out to $18 a class.

Looking for Indian dance classes near you?

Garba is the easiest Indian dance class to start as a complete beginner: social by design, repetitive on purpose, and taught in a circle instead of rows facing a mirror. If your search history says "Indian dance classes near me," a beginner garba session is the lowest-stakes way in, and it comes with a festival at the end.

I'm not Gujarati, or not Indian. Can I join?

Yes. Garba is Gujarati at its roots and we keep it authentic, but the room spans second-gen Indians, Hindi and Telugu and Tamil speakers, and non-Indian dancers. All are welcome, said plainly.

What if my city isn't listed?

Book through the booking form anyway and choose "Other." Many dancers drive in from nearby cities, and enough signups from one area is exactly what unlocks a closer class.

How much do classes cost?

A drop-in is $25, and packs bring the price down: the most popular 15-class pack is $270, which is $18 a class. The full ladder is on the pricing card.

Are classes running right now?

Classes run in seasonal sessions. When a session is open, city pages show the live schedule; between sessions, the same form holds your spot on the waitlist, and enough signups keep the classes coming after the season.
